LA ELEGANCIA DE UNA BODA GALLEGA. THE ELEGANCE OF A WEDDING IN GALICIA.

Era la primera vez que me invitaban  a una boda gallega y si tuviera que definirla en una única palabra sería espectacular.

Las bodas gallegas son únicas, su ambiente, su calidez y su estilo son peculiares.

Nada para empezar que una entrada en la ceremonia con gaita y banda incluida. Las notas de música con orígenes celtas  forman parte del espíritu gallego.

El ambiente y puesta en escena también es importante. Un ambiente donde los elementos forman un conjunto en sí mismo.

Los protagonistas del evento los novios son las estrellas. El estilismo para los novios es muy importante porque ese día son el centro de todas las miradas.  El  lema  es menos es mas.

Un vestido de novia con líneas sencillas y un tocado tipo años 40 pueden dar ese toque elegante  y femenino.

Para el novio, un frac es el símbolo de la elegancia, complementos como chaleco y corbata forman parte también de esa combinación.

Los looks de los invitados también es importante. Vestidos ,tocados y bolsos  en tejidos y líneas puras aumentan el glamour en la ceremonia.

Con respecto a la gastronomía si todavía no habéis ido a Galicia o no conocéis las delicias de la comida gallega no  os desvelare nada porque tendréis que ir.

THE ELEGANCE OF A WEDDING IN GALICIA

It was the first time I was invited to a wedding Galician and if I had to define in one word would be spectacular.

Galician weddings are unique, their environment, their warmth and style are unique.

Nothing to start an entry in the ceremony with bagpipes and band included. The notes of music with Celtic origins are part of the Galician spirit.

The atmosphere and staging is also important. An environment  where the elements form a set in itself.

The protagonists of the event the couple are the stars. The styling for the couple is very important because that day is the center of attention. The motto is less is more.

A wedding dress with simple lines and a 40′s headdress can give that elegant and feminine touch.

For the groom, a frac is a symbol of elegance, accessories like vest and tie are also part of that combination.

 
The looks of the guests is also important. Dresses, dresses and handbags in fabrics and clean lines enhance the glamor in the ceremony.

With respect to the food if you have not yet gone to Galicia or do not know the delights of Galician food desvelare anything because you do not will have to go.

EVENTOS PRENAVIDEÑOS: NUEVAS COLECCIONES Y OUTLETS PARA NOVIAS. PRE-CHRISTMAS EVENTS: NEW COLLECTIONS AND OUTLETS FOR BRIDES.

La semana previa antes de Navidad es la semana que mas compras hacemos al año. El espíritu navideño  y del shopping nos invade.

Es por eso que muchos showrooms, diseñadores y marcas organizan eventos antes de las Navidades.

Esta semana he estado en 2 eventos prenavideños y la verdad es que la experiencia es maravillosa. He encontrado esos regalos que me faltaban, he comprado algún regalo por encargo de varios clientes y encima con un importante  descuento ( que dado los tiempos que corren no está nada mal).

El primer evento fue la presentación de varias marcas en el showroom LA de Flor Vaquero.

Siempre que visito el showroom de Flor una sensación de calidez me invade. La elegancia, el saber estar y el buen gusto. Flor y Marta me reciben siempre con una sonrisa y me tratan como si estuviera en mi propia casa.

En esta ocasión Flor presentaba parte de su nueva colección. Collares con cristales, piezas exquisitas ,tocados  y complementos  que forman parte de una colección donde las piezas adquieren más de un uso para disfrutarlas en diferentes eventos.

 

En el mismo espacio, la marca brasileña Fabrizio  Giannone presentaba también su colección de joyas para esta primavera verano 2011. Piezas  cuya base es la naturaleza con sus elementos. Piedras como el ojo de tigre, el ágata se combinan con maderas y metales preciosos.

La marca de vino Vetone  también estuvo presente en el evento amenizando el paladar de los invitados.

El segundo evento de la semana fue el outlet de la diseñadora Carmen Halffter. Esta diseñadora madrileña conocida por sus vestidos de novia  ofrecía durante el fin de semana un outlet de su colección de trajes de novias , de cocktail y complementos de la pasada colección de otoño invierno.

Las chaquetas de trajes espectaculares, para cualquier evento u ocasión.

Los trajes de novias rebajadísimos y siempre contando con el buen gusto y creatividad de Carmen.

En el mismo espacio se encontraba también la diseñadora brasileña de joyas Lia Terni. Sus diseños muy originales y con un gran acabado son el complemento perfecto para cualquier evento, desde una boda, una fiesta ó un cóctel.

La diseñadora Virginia Balseiro presentó también su colección de sombreros, tocados y broches. Hechos a mano  y con una gran labor artesanal.

PRE-CHRISTMAS EVENTS: NEW COLLECTIONS AND OUTLETS FOR BRIDES .  

The previous week before Christmas is the week we do more purchases a year. The spirit of Christmas shopping and invade us.
That’s why many showrooms, designers and brands organize events before Christmas.
This week I’ve been to 3 pre-Christmas events and the truth is that the experience is wonderful. I found those gifts that I lacked, I bought a gift on behalf of several clients and over a significant discount (which given the times is not bad).
The first event was the presentation of various brands in the showroom LA Flor Vaquero.
Whenever I visit the showroom of Flor a feeling of warmth comes over me. Elegance, poise and good taste. Marta and Flor , always with their smile , treat me like I was in my own home.
This time Flor Vaquero present her new collection. Necklaces with crystals, exquisite pieces, headdresses and accessories that are part of a collection where the pieces become more of a use to enjoy in different events.

In the same space, the Brazilian brand Fabrizio Giannone also had his jewelry collection for spring summer 2011. Parts whose base is the nature of its elements. Stones such as tiger eye, agate combined with wood and precious metals.

The wine label  Vetone was also present at the event enlivening the palate of the guests.

The second event of the week was the outlet of the designer Carmen Halffter. She is known for her designer wedding dresses offered during the weekend an outlet for his collection of bridal gowns, cocktail and accessories from the fall collection last winter.

Sales  bridal´s dresses  always with good taste and creativity of Carmen.

In the same space was also Brazilian jewelry designer Lia Terni. Her  highly original designs and a great finish are the perfect complement to any event from a wedding, a party or a cocktail.

Virginia Balseiro designer also presented his collection of hats, headdresses and brooches. Handmade and great craftsmanship.
