Desde hace algún tiempo estoy recibiendo muchos mails en los cuales me preguntáis que es un Personal Shopper y cuáles son las características de esta profesión.

Las características que debe tener un buen Personal Shopper son; empatía, saber escuchar, buen gusto, discreción, tener conocimiento de las tendencias y la moda, ser resolutivo, tener agilidad mental, saber detectar las necesidades del cliente y ser una persona segura de sí misma. La imagen también es otro punto importante ya que la carta de presentación de un Personal Shopper es uno mismo, por lo que la imagen debe estar cuidada ya que para el cliente tú eres su referencia estética.
Para poder acceder a esta profesión es muy importante tener una formación previa. Para ello existen varias escuelas que os preparan para la profesión de Personal Shopper.
